You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it (free of damage, stains, or signs of outdoor usage). It must also be in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and manuals.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Seller's Responsibility)

Since our collection includes outdoor lighting, delicate art sculptures, and fragile ornaments, items can occasionally be compromised during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please do not worry.

Please contact our official customer support via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or videos of the damaged item and its outer packaging. Upon verification, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Buyer's Preference)

If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (e.g., "changed my mind," "does not fit my space," or "ordered the wrong size"), we gladly accept the return as long as the item strictly meets the pristine conditions outlined in Section 1.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Please note that any original shipping costs paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process & Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
