2. Shipping Timeline & Destinations

3. Order Tracking

4. Address Modifications & Order Refusal

Address Corrections: Please contact our customer support within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to correct a shipping address. Once an order enters the fulfillment process or is dispatched, no address modifications can be made.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, an unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
